How does the white-label model work?

We deliver the work under your brand: reports, communications and any client-facing presence carry your identity, not ours. The end client only sees your company. We sign an NDA before starting to protect that relationship.

How quickly do you respond to an inquiry?

We respond within 24 business hours with a clear assessment of feasibility, approach and terms. It is not an automated acknowledgement: it is a real technical read of the project.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign a confidentiality agreement from first contact, before going into technical detail. Discretion is part of the service, not an add-on.

What kind of projects do you take on?

Pentesting and Red Team, incident response, GRC consultancy (NIS2, DORA, ENS, ISO 27001), AI development for the SOC, security audits and technical training. If your project does not fit these categories, tell us anyway.

How is the margin or commercial arrangement defined?

There is no published wholesale rate card: margin and commercial terms are agreed individually on the first call, based on volume and project type, and are put in writing before any work starts.

Can we run a proof of concept (PoC) before a full engagement?

We can agree a reduced-scope trial before committing to the full engagement; it is defined case by case on that same first call, alongside the rest of the terms.
