Who you'd work with

Founded Hodeitek in 2023 and runs the company, after more than 8 years in pentesting, Red Team, OT/ICS auditing, and SOC leadership. A cybersecurity and AI expert, he sets the technical and product direction of HodeiShield and personally leads the most critical engagements — from defense strategy to applying AI in threat detection. He is the client's direct point of contact: whoever scopes the work also answers for the result.

Runs Hodeitek's operations: project planning, team coordination, and the internal processes that hold delivery together. Before that he spent more than 25 years as IT director of a multinational industrial group, then as Supply Chain director, with teams in 6 countries and responsibility for its ISO 9001 quality system. He makes sure what is promised to the client and what happens day to day are the same thing.
