How quickly do you respond to my message?

We respond in under 24 business hours. A specialist reviews your case personally — it never goes through a generic sales department.

How does pricing work? Do you publish rates?

We don't publish fixed rates because every project depends on the real scope of your infrastructure and goals. After an initial discovery call we send you a quote tailored to your case, with no obligation.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)?

Yes. Before sharing any sensitive detail about your infrastructure or systems, we sign an NDA if your organization requires one.

Do you work with companies outside the Basque Country?

Yes. We're headquartered in Aretxabaleta (Gipuzkoa) and work remotely with clients across Spain and the European Union.

What's the difference between Hodeitek and HodeiShield?

Hodeitek is the services company: consulting, pentesting, managed SOC and bespoke development delivered by our own team. HodeiShield is our software platform, with its own site and independent pricing model.

Can I reach you in English?
